Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed by vendors or shipped.
- Orders for perishable items such as flowers or food are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds or replacements will be considered if the customer can clearly establish that the quality of the delivered product is not acceptable.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to our customer service within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
- The request will only be processed once the issue is confirmed and verified by the merchant.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product you received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you should notify our customer service team within 3–5 days of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and take an appropriate action.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to raise concerns directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by DATTA SAI JAYAVARAPU, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
